Photography Packages

All images include high quality HDR photography, standard editing and a 48 hour turn around

  • Exterior only or under 1000 Sq Ft – $175 (Approximately 10-15 photos)
  • Up to 2000 Sq Ft  – $250 (Approximately 15-25 photos)
  • Up to 4000 Sq Ft – $350 (Approximately 25-35 photos)
  • Properties over 4000 Sq Ft – Contact for Quote

Drone Photography

  • Certified under FAA Part107, available in valid non-restricted airspace – $150 (Approximately 5-10 photos)

Floor Plans

  • Basic 2D Floor Plan Add-on – $100
  • Advanced 2D Floor Plan Add-on (includes fixed furniture, fixtures, total area, etc) – $150
  • Stand alone floor plan service requires an additional $50 charge

Additional Services

  • 24 Hour Rush Photos – $75
  • Premium Lighting (magazine-style) Photography – $100
  • Dusk/Twilight Exterior Photography – $100
  • High-end Retouching / Virtual Twilight / Virtual Staging – $40 per image

Walkthrough Video

  • Basic Walkthrough (1 min) – $250
  • Standard Tour (2-3 min, with drone) – $400
